S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc arac\u0131 g\u00fcvenli bir noktaya al\u0131yor ve yak\u0131n \u00e7evredeki su kayna\u011f\u0131ndan yararlanarak yang\u0131na m\u00fcdahale ediyor. Hasar, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak kabin arkas\u0131ndaki egzoz gaz\u0131 son i\u015flem sistemi ( katalit konvekt\u00f6r-Egzos ) \u00fczerinde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u00e7 olay tarihinde <strong>535.240 km\u2019de<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dosya kapsam\u0131nda edinilen bak\u0131m bilgisine g\u00f6re, bu araca ili\u015fkin egzoz gaz\u0131 son i\u015flem sistemi bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>360.000 km\u2019de<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ancak s\u00f6z konusu bak\u0131m\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmedi\u011fi ve arac\u0131n kullan\u0131lmaya devam edildi\u011fi bildiriliyor. Buna g\u00f6re dosyada belirtilen bak\u0131m kilometresi olay tarihinde yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>175.240 km a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f<\/strong> durumda.<\/p>\n<p>Burada \u00f6nemli bir s\u0131n\u0131r koyal\u0131m: 360.000 km de\u011feri b\u00fct\u00fcn marka ve modeller i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli genel bir DPF de\u011fi\u015fim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bu vakada dosyaya sunulan ara\u00e7 ve bak\u0131m bilgisine ait veridir. Xentry kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda egzoz gaz\u0131 son i\u015flem sistemiyle ilgili aktif ar\u0131za kodu veya MIL ikaz\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kay\u0131t neyi g\u00f6sterir?<\/p>\n<p>Kontrol tarihinde elektronik y\u00f6netim sisteminin alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 aktif bir ar\u0131za bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Peki neyi g\u00f6stermez?<\/p>\n<p>Partik\u00fcl filtresinin fiziksel k\u00fcl y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, diferansiyel bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n uygun bulundu\u011funu, filtrenin temizlendi\u011fini veya kalan kullan\u0131m kapasitesinin do\u011fruland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermez.<\/p>\n<p>Bak\u0131m ekranlar\u0131nda rutin bak\u0131m kalemleri s\u0131f\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015fken, dizel partik\u00fcl filtresi sat\u0131r\u0131ndaki <strong>493.315 km ve 8.320,6 saat<\/strong> de\u011ferlerinin de\u011fi\u015fmeden kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Sistem ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re pasif veya aktif rejenerasyon devreye girer ve biriken kurum y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k alt\u0131nda yak\u0131larak azalt\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Aktif rejenerasyonda, uygulamada <strong>\u201c7. enjekt\u00f6r\u201d<\/strong> olarak da an\u0131lan yak\u0131t dozajlama \u00fcnitesi egzoz hatt\u0131na kontroll\u00fc miktarda motorin g\u00f6nderir. P\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclen yak\u0131t dizel oksidasyon kataliz\u00f6r\u00fcnde reaksiyona girer; egzoz s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fckselir ve DPF i\u00e7indeki kurumun yak\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli termal ortam olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<p>Burada kritik fark \u015fudur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kurum, rejenerasyonla azalt\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n<li>Yanmaz k\u00fcl ise rejenerasyonla ortadan kalkmaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>K\u00fcl zamanla filtre b\u00fcnyesinde birikir.
