Ger\u00e7ek hasar boyutu; arac\u0131n yap\u0131sal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma kabiliyeti, s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve fonksiyonel devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileriyle birlikte ele al\u0131nmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta hasar dosyalar\u0131nda <strong>ilk ekspertiz,<\/strong> sonraki t\u00fcm s\u00fcreci belirleyen en kritik a\u015famad\u0131r. \u0130lk bak\u0131\u015fta s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 veya k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bir hasar; \u015fasi do\u011frultusunu bozmu\u015f, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemleri etkilemi\u015f ya da farkl\u0131 sistemlerde zincirleme hasarlara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olabilir. Bu ifade, piyasan\u0131n al\u0131\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011fu ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman pe\u015finen kabul g\u00f6ren bir yakla\u015f\u0131m h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir.
