B\u00f6l\u00fcm: Kamyon ve \u00c7ekiciler"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta hasar ekspertizinde kamyon ve \u00e7ekici grubu ara\u00e7lar, uygulamada en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan ve ayn\u0131 zamanda teknik de\u011ferlendirme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en geni\u015f kapsam\u0131 olu\u015fturan ara\u00e7 grubudur. Bu nedenle hasar tespit metodolojisine ge\u00e7ilmeden \u00f6nce, kamyon ve \u00e7ekici kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n neyi ifade etti\u011fi, hangi ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve aralar\u0131ndaki temel farklar\u0131n net \u015fekilde ortaya konulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Zira bu ayr\u0131mlar, hasar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilme bi\u00e7imini ve onar\u0131m yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkilemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kamyon ve \u00e7ekicilerin en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131; \u015fehir i\u00e7i da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m, \u015fehirleraras\u0131 y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, liman\u2013sanayi hatt\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131, in\u015faat ve altyap\u0131 faaliyetleri ile uluslararas\u0131 nakliye olup, \u00fclkenin lojistik yap\u0131s\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6r ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;Bu \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, kullan\u0131lan ara\u00e7 tiplerinin de farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na da yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. K\u0131sa \u015fasili, orta tonajl\u0131 kamyonlardan; y\u00fcksek dingil say\u0131s\u0131na sahip a\u011f\u0131r tonajl\u0131 \u00e7ekicilere kadar geni\u015f bir ara\u00e7 profili sahada aktif olarak yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden kamyon ve \u00e7ekiciler g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle <strong>a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta hasar dosyalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong>, <strong>kamyon ve \u00e7ekici<\/strong> grubundan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kamyon ve \u00c7ekici Kullan\u0131m\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin K\u00fcresel Yakla\u015f\u0131m:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya genelinde kamyon ve \u00e7ekici kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u00fclkelerin co\u011frafi yap\u0131s\u0131, sanayi altyap\u0131s\u0131, lojistik a\u011flar\u0131 ve <strong>\u00f6zellikle yasal d\u00fczenlemeleri<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir. Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde daha \u00e7ok dingil y\u00fckleri ve toplam a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131 \u015fekilde denetlenirken; Kuzey Amerika\u2019da son y\u0131llarda Afrika \u00fclkelerinde uzun \u015fasili, y\u00fcksek motor hacimli ve y\u00fcksek \u00e7ekme kapasiteli ara\u00e7lar \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar, ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yap\u0131sal tasar\u0131m\u0131ndan s\u00fcspansiyon sistemlerine, \u015fasi geometrisinden \u00fcst yap\u0131 tercihlerine kadar bir\u00e7ok teknik detay\u0131 do\u011frudan etkilemektedir. Bu sebep ile kamyon ve \u00e7ekici \u00fcreticileri \u00fclkelerin yasal ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitelerine g\u00f6re ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fcretmeleri s\u00f6z konusu olmay\u0131p, her markan\u0131n kendine g\u00f6re g\u00fcc\u00fc oran\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131ma tonaj yetene\u011fi bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rneklendirme yap\u0131lmak gerekirse yasal \u00e7er\u00e7evede 36 ton ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan bir kamyonun teknik olarak 70-75 ton ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi bulunabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta ekspertizi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ortak nokta \u015fudur: Kamyon ve \u00e7ekiciler, hangi \u00fclkede kullan\u0131l\u0131rsa kullan\u0131ls\u0131n, y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma ve \u00e7ekme fonksiyonlar\u0131 nedeniyle s\u00fcrekli yasal ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u0131n\u0131r kapasite de\u011ferlere yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan ara\u00e7lard\u0131r. Bu durum, bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n teknik de\u011ferlendirmesinin her zaman <strong>\u201cnormal kullan\u0131m\u201d<\/strong> varsay\u0131m\u0131yla yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyar. D\u00fcnya uygulamalar\u0131nda da a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta ekspertizinde, arac\u0131n yaln\u0131zca hasar an\u0131ndaki durumu de\u011fil; kullan\u0131m \u015fekli, y\u00fck profili ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 birlikte ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kamyonlarda \u015easi ve Aks Konfig\u00fcrasyonuna G\u00f6re \u00c7e\u015fitlendirme:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamyonlarda \u015fasi ve aks konfig\u00fcrasyonu, arac\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesini<strong>, istihap haddini<\/strong>, kullan\u0131m alan\u0131n\u0131 ve teknik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen temel unsurdur. Bu ayr\u0131m; arac\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesini de\u011fil, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, y\u00fcklenme karakterini ve kullan\u0131m s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 da tan\u0131mlar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ekspertiz de\u011ferlendirmesinde kamyonun hangi hizmet s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na ait oldu\u011funun netle\u015ftirilmesi, sonraki t\u00fcm teknik okumalar i\u00e7in temel bir referans olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Hafif Hizmet Kamyonlar\u0131<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hafif hizmet kamyonlar\u0131; daha \u00e7ok \u015fehir i\u00e7i ve \u015fehirleraras\u0131 k\u0131sa\u2013orta mesafeli ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131kta kullan\u0131lan, d\u00fczenli yol \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve s\u00fcrekli a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fck alt\u0131nda bulunmayan ara\u00e7lard\u0131r. Bu gruptaki kamyonlar genellikle 4&#215;2 ve 6&#215;2 aks konfig\u00fcrasyonlar\u0131na sahiptir.
